Shipping & Handling
Once you have placed your order you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive a confirmation email please contact us directly –firstname.lastname@example.org
Our handling time are typically processed within 1-4 business days after your payment has been processed and credit card verification.
We are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched.
Most the items are held in stock. However, sometimes, we may have an unusual high demand and the ordered item might be out of stock. In such case, we will advise you of the same with further instructions to either cancel/exchange for another items.
Once an order is submitted we are unable to change or cancel the order.
Each items is packaged well with poly sheet, bubble wrap and placing them in the box before being shipped to you.
SHIPPING METHOD & COST
There are two postage options:
- Standard Postage – Flat Rate of $9.00 AUD Orders will arrive within 2-7 business days from time of posting depending on your location.
- Express Postage – Flat Rate of $20.00 AUD Orders will arrive within 1-4 business days from the time of posting depending on your location.
- Both are traceable services.
CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
You are able to track your delivery – once your order is shipped you will receive an email confirmation of your shipping details, which will include a tracking number.
You will be required to sign for your parcel but if you are not at the designated address when delivery is made you will be directed to the nearest post office for collection of your email@example.com
We offer free STANDARD POSTAGE shipping when you place an order of $150.00 AUD or more.
Free shipping will not apply when you’ve taken advantage of a special offer and the actual dollar value of the purchase is lower than $50 after discount.
If you want your purchase to be sent Express Post, a flat rate of $20.00 will be charged irrespective of purchase value. The above rates apply irrespective of the number of items you purchase on the same order.
We offer two shipping options :
- Standard Shipping 6-14 business days We mail your orders by express mail service via Australian Post, depending on your location.
- Flat Rate Shipping – 7-25 business days We mail your orders by normal air mail service via Australia Post, depending on your location. This is a non-traceable service.
CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
You are able to track your delivery once your order is shipped. You will receive an email confirmation of your shipping details, which will include a tracking number. However, this service may not be applicable to certain destination and to which postal services can be provided for the delivery of your item. We require that your order is signed for on delivery. If no one is available at the time of delivery our courier will leave a calling card. It is your responsibility to arrange for re-delivery with the specified courier company.
We offer free shipping when you place an order of $300.00 AUD or more. We courier your orders by DHL/FedEx or other expedited shipping method, depending on your location.
Free shipping will not apply when you’ve taken advantage of a special offer and the actual dollar value of the purchase is lower than $200 after discount.
DUTIES & TAXES
All International purchases are exempt from Australian GST (10%),
To comply with Australian export requirements, Ajita Fashions must declare the full value of all items ordered
Please note international orders may attract customs duties and taxes. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to. As we are unable to advise the amount this may be, please check with your local customs authority prior to placing an order.
